Q: What is Field Day, and how will it work?
A: Field Day will feature a variety of classic outdoor games designed for all ages and skill levels. The games will be split into two rounds with a scheduled break in between to enjoy some lunch and live music. Participation is optional, but everyone is welcome to sign up.

Q: Will there be company meetings the week of Family Day?
A: Yes, there will be meetings at the Systemware office on Thursday, August 13 and Friday, August 14.
Q: If I am not local to the DFW area, how should I book my travel?
A: All travel arrangements should be made on Concur.
Please plan to arrive the evening of Wednesday, August 12 to attend meetings at the Systemware office on Thursday and Friday.
Q: Who may I bring to Family Day as my guest(s)?
A: You may bring the below guests to Family Day:
- If married:
- Employee and spouse
- If married with children:
- Employee, spouse, and children under 18 years of age and living at home
- If single:
- Employee and one guest
- If single with children:
- Employee and children under 18 years of age and living at home and/or children who are full-time college students
Q: Will there be parking available?
A: Complimentary parking is available at The Stix Icehouse on the side or at the back of the building.
You may also utilize the Workforce Solutions parking lot adjacent to The Stix Icehouse.
Q: What should I wear?
A: Athletic attire or other comfortable clothing, along with tennis shoes, is recommended.
Q: Will there be refreshments available?
A: Food and beverages will be provided throughout the event.
Q: What activities will be available for younger children?
A: Younger children can enjoy crafts, face painting, and board games.
They are also welcome to participate in the Field Day games, which are designed for all ages and skill levels.
