Q: What do I do if I can’t travel on the dates of my Club Trip?
- If you wish to travel on alternate dates within March 25 - April 2, please register and indicate the date change during registration. Someone from the WWEX Group Hospitality team will reach out to you to confirm availability for the date change. Please do not book your flights until the alteration has been confirmed.
- If you cannot travel at any time during the trip, please email the WWEX Group Hospitality team to let us know.
Q: What do I do if I want to upgrade my room?
- Submit your Club Trip registration and indicate your preference in the additional info/preferences field in registration.
- Send an email to the WWEX Group Hospitality team to let them know your room upgrade preference.
Q: How do I extend my trip dates?
- Submit your Club Trip registration. Select “Yes, I want to extend my dates, enter details in the field below, and then indicate your preference in the additional info/preferences field.
- Someone from the WWEX Group Hospitality team will send you an email regarding your request. Do not book your flights until the extension has been confirmed.
Q: How do I book flights for myself and my guest?
- Upon completion of registration, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions to request your flight through DEEM. Follow the step-by-step instructions in the email to submit your flight request.
- Be sure to switch to Classic Deem mode and select “2” passengers from the drop-down field to submit a request for you AND your guest.
Q: What if my guest is flying from a different airport than me?
- You will need to submit separate requests for you and your guest. Your guest will need to create their own DEEM account and select their preferred flights.
Q: Do I have to pay for my flights?
- Round-trip flights for you and your guests are included in the Club Trip package.
- Please note that if the flight you requested is outside of the travel parameters or if you would like to upgrade your seat or class, you will need to pay for the additional expense. Please send an email to the WWEX Group Hospitality team about your request, and we will put you in touch with a Travel Agent.
Q: Neither my guest nor I currently hold a valid passport. What should we do?
- Entrance into Mexico requires a valid passport that must remain valid throughout the duration of your stay. We recommend that your passport be valid for at least six months beyond your travel dates to ensure no issues.
- Complete your registration for the WWEX Club Trip and leave the fields blank.
- Promptly submit your application for an expedited passport.
Q: Are kids allowed at this hotel?
- ATELIER is an adults-only resort. Only individuals 18 and above are permitted at the hotel.
