Q: Who may I bring to the Christmas Party as my guest?

A: You may bring one guest over the age of 21.

Q: Will there be parking available?

A: Complimentary valet parking will be available at the ballroom entrance of The Ritz-Carlton on Pearl Street. Those staying the night at The Ritz-Carlton should valet at the main entrance on McKinney Avenue.

Q: May I take an Uber to the Christmas Party?

A: Yes, a link will be emailed a couple of days before the event, providing complimentary Uber rides to and from The Ritz-Carlton on the day of the party.

Q: How do I share who I would like to sit with for dinner?

A: During the RSVP process, you’ll be asked to indicate your arranged table mates for the Christmas Party. Tables will seat 8 or 10 guests. Please arrange seating with your party prior to submitting names. You may also email your preferred seating arrangement to events@systemware.com by Tuesday, November 25.
